2ND SONO FOR DADDY TO SEE THE BABIES!

WELL TODAY WAS THE 2ND SONO THAT WE DID SO THAT DADDY COULD SEE THE BABIES BEFORE HE LEAVES. WHEN WE WENT IN WE SAW THAT ONE,THEY SURLY HAVE GROWN ALOT SINCE WE LAST SAW THEM A WEEK AND HALF AGO.TWO THERE HEARTS ARE BEATING JUST LIKE NORMAL. WE DID FIND OUT THAT ONE OF THE SACS ARE ALOT SMALLER THEN THE OTHER ONE. BUT THE DR SAYS NO NEED TO WORRY THAT THE TWO BABIES ARE MEASURED AT ABOUT THE SAME IN SIZE AND ARE GROWING THE WAY THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO. RIGHT NOW THEY ARE ALMOST 7 WEEKS AND I WILL BE 8 WKS (2 MONTHS) THIS SAT.ALSO DADDY TOOK US OUT TO LOOK AT A NEW MOMMIE VAN. NOW THAT OUR FAMILY HAS GOTTEN BIGGER WE NEED TO GET A BIGGER CAR. WE HAVENT GOTTEN IT YET, BUT ARE IN THE PROCESS OF SHOPPING AROUND. EVERYONE HERE IS GOOD, TRYING TO GET READY FOR CHRISTMAS, AND YET STILL TRYING TO GET MIKE READY TO SHIP OFF. THE DAYS ARE GOING BY FAST AND BEFORE WE KNOW IT HE WILL BE LEAVING. WE PRAY THAT HE IS SAFE AND HAS A FAST RETURN. BRENDEN SAYS HE WILL BE THE LITTLE MAN OF THE HOUSE WHILE DADDY IS AWAY,PROMISES TO BE MY BIG HELPER.WELL THATS ABOUT IT FOR NOW BUT WE LOVE AND MISS YOU ALL AND HOPE THAT YOU HAVE A VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS AND A HAPPY NEW YEAR!

WE ARE EXSPECTING NOT ONE BUT TWO BABIES!

Well today was the day, I went to the Dr and had my first sono gram of the baby. But when I got there and they started, what did we find? Twins, can you believe that we are going to have two babies! I am so happy, but at the same time scared. I cant believe that I went from a family of three to a family of five in just min. As you can see in the pictures, there is two sacks with a baby in each one with their own heart beats. I cant believe that Daddy is away and not able to see this, but the good thing is that he will be home soon and able to go next week for a 2nd one on the 22nd just for him.. Cant wait to see what Daddy has to say about the two new babies! As for Brenden the big brother he is so excited and cant wait to take the two of them t o school in his back pack as he says lol.......We will keep you posted on new info as we go through this long journey..

SOME OF OUR CLOSEST FRIENDS

This is Molly and Jason Porter, Jason is a really good friend of Mike's and is on the boat with him.Molly is a great friend of mine and we hang out together and do our wifely duties while the men are away.We also all go to the same church, and love to shop at Old Navy.Also our children are close in age.The Porter family have two girls, Emily and Julie.Brenden and the girls love to hang out and go to the pool.Speaking of that Molly taught Brenden how to swim over this past summer, thanks Molly! I just wanted to share some of our friends whom we are close too, and even though the guys will be leaving soon. Us wifes will be sticking together...

WE ARE AT 6 WEEKS AND COUNTING!!!!

JUST WANTED TO LET EVERYONE KNOW THAT WE ARE SO HAPPY ABOUT OUR NEW BLESSING AND CANT WAIT TO SEE HIM OR HER GROW. DADDY IS STILL OUT TO SEA, AND SO BIG BROTHER IS OVER LOOKING MOMMY AND BABY. BOY HE IS SO PROUD THAT HE IS GOING TO BE ABLE TO HELP TAKE CARE OF HIS LITTLE BROTHER OR SISTER. ALSO HERE IS AN UPDATE ON WHAT HE IS SHE IS DOING IN MY TUMMY! WE ARE LOOKING SO FORWARD TO THE FIRST SONO THIS UPCOMING FRI! OH AND SOME FYI I BOUGHT A BABY DOPPLER YESTERDAY AND JUST AS SOON AND I CAN HEAR THE HEARTBEAT I CAN EMAIL IT OUT TO EVERYONE.....WE LOVE YOU ALL AND WILL KEEP YOU UPDATED

This week, your baby is about the size of a small lentil bean. His or Her brain, muscles, and bones are beginning to take shape. His or Her hands and feet resemble little paddles, with thick webbing still in place between her developing fingers and toes. And his or hers tiny heart has begun beating. Though you probably won't actually feel anything for another ten weeks or so, she's about to make her very first movements.

THE BABY'S FIRST SONOGRAM COMING SOON!

Hey just wanted to let everyone know that we are having our first sonogram next Fri 12/16/05, so that we can see the baby and possibly the heart beat. The Dr told me Monday that we will be able to hear the heart beat at 7 weeks and I will be 6 then. If not then the Dr is going to do another one just for Daddy because he is out for two weeks and cant make the one on the 16th. He should be back in time for the 2nd one on the 22nd. They want to do that just for Daddy because he is leaving and this will be one of the only Dr appt he gets to go to. We are very excited and can't wait to see what our little bundle of joy looks like. Daddy still cant believe that he will be able to hear the heartbeat of his little angle in just two weeks. We will hopefully get a picture and if so we will do our best to try and post it for all of you to see.. We love you all and will keep you up to date..

years. Over the years I have moved across the nation and back due to the military but no matter what we always stayed the best of friends!!!!! We truley stand behind the meaning of best friends, we have gone through many ups and downs. Not to mention the highs and lows with family and friends. There is a true saying I live by and thats " good friends are hard to find"! I love Tangee not only as my best friend but as my sister and without her I have no idea where I would be, togther we truley are eachothers strengths.. You are with me always! I love you Tangee!

As for daddy, well he left out to sea again today(12-6) for the last training before the deployment. He will be back in about 2wks give or take a bit.We all know how the Navy is with their schedules.Then he will be back home for a short time, hopefully for Christmas holidays and finally leaves for the gulf in Jan 2006.Its planned to be a 6 month deployemet which we are praying for. I plan to keep him up to date with all the new and exciting things going on here,with Brenden, the baby and I and just family and friends in general.When I hear things from him there I will be sure to post those also. Please keep him in your thoughts and prayers always!

Finally Our baby is on the way!!!!

After two long years of trying we have finally been blessed to find out over Thanksgiving holiday that we are have a baby! The baby is due August 12th 2006. As of now I am 5 weeks and 3 days along. Not much is going on, just trying to get over the flu, which I have had for almost 1 week. But it sure seems like forever. I guess because when you are pregnant, there are hardly any meds that you can take. Soon, I am sure that it will be gone and I will be hit with the morning sickness. Oh boy! We have our first sonogram next fri 12/16. Daddy will be out to sea then, so on Dec 22nd they will be doing another one so that he can see the baby, with the heart beat before he leaves to the Gulf. Thats about it and so I will keep this updated, love you all!!!
